ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership
Overview
This comprehensive redesign transforms ASAE’s digital presence with a bold, video-driven experience that immediately establishes their authority in the association space. The concept opens with an immersive full-width video hero paired with the commanding headline “Lead the Future of Associations,” positioning ASAE not just as an organization, but as the definitive voice shaping the industry.
The visual language employs Plus Jakarta Sans typography and a strategic deep purple (#2A0066) accent color that conveys both professionalism and modern thinking. A refined mega-menu navigation system organizes ASAE’s extensive resources, from advocacy initiatives to career development, making complex content architecture feel intuitive and accessible.
Key design decisions include a “Quick Links” section immediately below the fold for frequent member tasks, prominent career center integration with featured job listings, and dedicated advocacy sections that showcase ASAE’s policy work. The design balances member utility with marketing appeal, creating a destination that serves both prospective and existing members equally well.
ASAE needed a website that would reinforce their position as the leading authority on association management. The existing site lacked visual impact and didn’t effectively communicate their value proposition to association professionals.
